Bijan Robinson Signs Record Extension With Falcons
Bijan Robinson and the Atlanta Falcons agreed to a three-year extension worth up to $75 million with $51 million guaranteed, making him the highest-paid running back in NFL history.
What happened
The Falcons and star running back Bijan Robinson reached agreement on a three-year contract extension through 2030 valued at up to $75 million. The deal includes a record $51 million in guarantees and an average annual value of approximately $22.25 million, surpassing previous marks set by Saquon Barkley.
Robinson had been holding in from training camp practices amid negotiations. With the deal done, he is expected to ramp back into full participation.
Fantasy impact
The extension removes any residual hold-in or contract distraction risk and locks Robinson in as a cornerstone of Atlanta's offense. He remains a locked-in RB1 and consensus top-five fantasy running back after leading the NFL in yards from scrimmage in 2025. No change to his elite draft status.
